At “La Colombella” an old stone farmhose dated
1000, perched in a medieval village nestled in the woods of
the hills of Val d’Orcia near Terme di San Filippo and Bagni Vignoni.
The house offers guests a Bed &breakfast classbut preserving
the spirit and atmosphere of a private home. It’a residence
of refined and informal offers its guests juast a few but
beautiful rooms all different.

Friday – Sunday: at “La Colombella” an old
stone farmhose dated 1000, perched in a medieval village nestled
in the woods of the hills of Val d’Orcia. The house
offers guests a Bred & breakfast class but preserving

 Day 1
Arrival and accomodation in the selected rooms, welcom drink
and dinner in a resturant proposed by B&B.

 Day 2 – Learn the art
Breakfast. School ceramics: basic concepts, manipolation of
the object with the tecnique of Colombino. Decorating a plate
glazes and using colors for ceramic. Preparation of the kiln
for firing the pieces. During the course lunch with local products.
Resumption of course, free dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Breakfast. Basic recogntion of the different types of plants
used for weaving a basket with handle. Lunch and afternoon
resumption of work. During the course lunch with local products.
Resumption of course, free dinner and overnight. |
 Day 3 – Object
Breakfast and start of ceramics school kiln opening, comparison
and closure of the course. Free lunch and return.
The price includes: bed an breakfast and school ceramics tasting
menu of 2nd day. The price does not include dinner
on Friday to restaurant and what not mentioned under “The
price Included”. Transport: minibus needed to for small
groups and own car for FIT. |
Day 3: walk in the woods of
Val d'Orcia, near the B&B, research materials used to manufacture the trash
and collecting the fruits of the forest with their baskets.
Lunch with sandwich I prepared and end the program.
